You will work in collaboration with Me Gaspard COUCHEPIN. Start date: from 1 December 2026 or to be agreed Occupancy rate: 100% (possibly 80%) Workplace: Martigny (in the immediate vicinity of the station) Are you interested in this position? You practice in all areas of law, but in particular in contract law and land-use planning law where you intend to develop in these areas, in addition to the usual areas, such as criminal, contractual and matrimonial. Your personality makes you capable of defending interests (grasping the stakes, establishing and following a strategy, demonstrating interpersonal skills, mental alertness, adapting to interlocutors, inspiring confidence, convincing, reasoning logically and in a structured manner). You have a perfect command of French, both orally and in writing, and possess a good command of English (German and/or other foreign languages an asset).
