Allrounder Seminar and Banquet Area In this versatile role, you are part of a dedicated team and help ensure that our seminars, congresses, and banquets are carried out smoothly. Your main tasks include the preparation and cleaning of the seminar rooms, assistance in congress and banquet service (coffee breaks, seminar lunches, apéros, and festive banquets), as well as looking after our seminar guests. You are an upbeat, motivated personality, are experienced in dealing with demanding guests, and enjoy working in a team. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and ideally already have experience in handling technical congress equipment. If you also keep a cool head in hectic situations, bring the corresponding language skills (German, French an advantage), and have already gained experience in a similar position, we look forward to getting to know you. We offer you a varied workplace in the heart of Bern, a motivated team, as well as regular early, middle, and late shifts with and without room hours.
