For the Bern region, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a service technician for oil / gas (w/m/div.) for our own brand Buderus. You will take care of the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards. You will analyze and rectify faults – in a skilled, rapid, and independent manner. You will advise customers on the ideal settings for the devices according to the customers' personal needs. You will inform our customers about the comprehensive benefits of the optional Buderus maintenance contracts. You will organize your service deployments and reliably report them to the customer and our dispatch team. You will provide standby service (on-call duty) in agreement with the team.
