Site Manager (m/f/d) GOLDBECK RHOMBERG designs and implements innovative and sustainable industrial and commercial buildings. We operate as a general and total contractor (EG/ET) in industrial and commercial construction in Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. As part of new projects in the regions of Berne, Basel and in French-speaking Switzerland, we want to strengthen our team by recruiting a Site Manager. Your responsibilities • You are responsible for continuous monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and quantities • You ensure the site management of construction projects (total/general contractor) • You participate in tenders and the awarding of services to subcontractors • You coordinate all stakeholders and subcontracting companies • In collaboration with the project management, you take charge of certain parts of the projects independently Your profile • Ideally, you have 3 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in EG/ET projects • You hold a degree in civil engineering, construction management (ES/HF) or equivalent training • You are fluent in French and German, both written and spoken • You demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, great autonomy and a structured approach to work, combined with good assertiveness • You are willing to travel to our construction sites in Switzerland What we offer you • Attractive employment conditions with performance-related pay • A modern and flexible working model (4 to 4.5 days a week – FLEX-Friday) • 25 days of vacation per year • Beneficial social services (meal participation, childcare contribution, etc.) • Opportunities for training and development (in-house campus) • A company vehicle, also available for private use Interested?
