In addition to our trading business, we operate our own production facility in which we create exclusive private label products. Your tasks Telephone customer support and sales in German and ösisch Processing of telephone and written customer orders Processing and monitoring of transport orders Invoicing and dunning (accounts receivable) General administrative work Support in the maintenance of the webshop and digital sales processes Occasional customer visits and field service assignments (approx. 1–2 days per week during the off-season) to maintain and deepen existing customer relationships Your competencies Completed commercial training Experience in trade is an advantage Enjoyment of customer contact and sales Native German, good oral skills in ösisch and English Exact, structured, and reliable way of working Resilient, team-oriented personality with organizational talent Confident handling of modern IT systems as well as affinity for digital business processes Interest in food We offer We offer attractive working conditions with flat hierarchies and a family-like working atmosphere.
