Sampling Specialist 100% What you can expect: • Independent execution of sampling (first samples, new tools, changes) in the injection molding area (CIM) • Optimization and development of stable injection molding processes up to series maturity • Analysis and documentation of process parameters, test series and results • Support in error analysis and continuous process improvement • Participation in the industrialization of new products and technologies • Close cooperation with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Production • Active support of production as needed, including setting up and commissioning injection molding systems for series production and ensuring stable processes in series operation • Ensuring compliance with quality requirements and specifications What you bring: • Training as a plastics technologist EFZ or comparable technical training • Experience in the field of sampling / process development in injection molding, ideally MIM/CIM • In-depth understanding of injection molding processes, tools and materials • Willingness to work operationally in production and set up systems • Analytical, structured and independent working method • High quality awareness as well as enjoyment of experimental work and optimization • Good German language skills in word and writing What we offer: • Day-to-day business in the function as a sampling specialist with regulated working hours • Exciting and varied position in an internationally active environment • An attractive remuneration package with flexible working hours, modern workplace, individual development perspectives • Takeover of 60% of the pension fund as well as many other benefits
