Graduate Business Analyst for Trading and Treasury

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in Structured Products and gain hands-on experience by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will support the delivery of T&T projects by gathering requirements from business stakeholders, refining solutions with developers, and contributing to testing and implementation activities. What you will do • Support the pre-analysis of projects and help break down initiatives into functional workflows • Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior team members • Help write clear and structured business specifications • Help translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams • Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery • Prepare and maintain test cases and drive user acceptance testing (UAT) • Participate in delivery cycles and support testing campaigns for projects and features • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation What you will need • Master in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, team-oriented, and organized approach to work • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Proficiency in Excel and Python development (scripts) • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage Why you will like working here • Modern facilities in a prime location • Two intensive one-week off-site training programs designed to accelerate your initial career development • After successful completion of the twelve-month Leonteq graduate program, the possibility of a permanent full-time position, preparing you for long-term success at Leonteq • Opportunities to acquire cross-departmental knowledge and develop a holistic understanding of the structured investment products value chain
