To ensure replacement during the absence of the position holder, we are looking for an steward-logistics assistant for our internal and external events ### Your mission: ### • Ensure all logistics for internal and external events, fairs, tastings, salons .. according to event plans given by the Event Marketing Coordinator • Manage all logistical tasks within the framework of events (installations, assembly, disassembly, storage, cleaning, parking, room reservation, etc.). • Organize in advance and on the day itself all operational logistics for internal and external events, from equipment preparation, stand assembly and setup, to disassembly, storage and maintenance • Ensure logistical support and reception during visits and clients (groups) at our sites in Tolochenaz, Féchy and Nyon. • Travel to external event locations, during the day, evening or weekend according to the event plan. • Management of event equipment stock (fridge, table, stand, tarp, tent, barrels-) and small repairs and painting of equipment if necessary. • Maintenance and small repairs and painting of fair furniture • Stewardship of internal events at Cave de La Côte • Preparation of rooms, tables, crockery and glasses, for events (internal and external) mainly during the day, evening or Saturday, cleaning, cloakroom, preparation according to event and tasting plans. • Prepare aperitifs, drinks, feasts and manage orders from caterers or bakeries. • Management of conference rooms, carnotzet, council room, pavilion etc. • Restoration of rooms and premises (storage, cleaning floors and toilets -) • Logistical support during tastings or events and visits in our wine shops and cellar • Purchase of small supplies: tea, sugar, cream and various items for refectories and events • Prepare and make available chilled wine and water drinks, coffee thermos, etc- Your profile: • Trained in logistics or a manual trade, • Valid C, G work permit, or Swiss citizen / living in the Morges region • Spoken and written French mandatory • Forklift license mandatory R1-R2 • Driver's license mandatory (car and van) • Very good physical condition (carrying loads) • Available quickly Information to apply ### If you are motivated to join a passionate and dynamic team, we invite you to apply directly via jobup.
