What you achieve ## • Establishment, maintenance and further development of organizational structures • Mapping organizational changes in the HR systems • Creation and maintenance of organizational charts • Support and implementation of reorganizations • Administration of positions (creation, mutation and closure of positions) • Ensuring correct assignments (cost centers, functions, reporting lines) • Support of governance and position approval processes • Ensuring high data quality and consistent organizational logics • Collaboration on the further development of HR processes and workflows • Coordination between HR, IT and Finance during organizational changes • Advising HR Business Partners and managers on organizational issues What you bring ## • Commercial or business administration training, HR further training an advantage • Several years of experience in organizational or position management (HR Operations) • Good knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, HR-Access; Ingentis an advantage) • Strong understanding of organizational structures and governance processes • Experience in accompanying reorganizations and transformation projects • High affinity for data and systems • Structured, precise and reliable way of working • Analytical thinking skills and strong attention to detail • Understanding of interfaces between HR, IT and Finance • Independent, service-oriented personality with high communication strength • Fluent German skills, other languages an advantage
