To complete its team, the SOC is looking for a Community Social Worker at 70% Your mission and responsibilities \- Contribute to developing, consolidating, and improving local social links through innovative actions and collaborations with actors of the institutional and associative fabric, within a local social team. \- Be attentive and identify needs in order to prevent social ruptures, isolation, or the feeling of isolation of vulnerable persons. \- Promote access to public services, particularly for families and elderly people in difficulty, and mobilize inhabitants as well as the various networks of actors in the neighborhood in order to strengthen local solidarities. \- Support, connect, and provide help and advice to associations, communities, as well as inhabitants in the implementation of actions, events, and activities in the neighborhood. \- Manage and coordinate activities that have been the subject of a call for projects within the Espaces de quartier. \- Facilitate and coordinate meetings as part of social projects and/or neighborhood platforms, while ensuring generalist socio-sanitary information and/or orientation to inhabitants in order to increase access to existing public and associative services. Your profile \- Hold a Bachelor of Arts HES-SO in social work or an equivalent training. \- Possess knowledge of the Geneva network of public and associative institutions with a socio-sanitary vocation, as well as the associative fabric in general. \- Demonstrate a marked interest in innovative, varied, and evolving field work. \- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. \- Have experience in managing a place with a social vocation, including programming as well as administrative and logistical aspects. \- Be able to work within a multidisciplinary team, to facilitate groups, and to mobilize various actors. \- Be willing to work irregular hours (evenings and weekends). \- Have experience, both community-based and individual, with a particular emphasis on the development of initiatives led by inhabitants.
