In this varied role, you will support the inside sales department in managing demanding customer projects and work closely with the field service as well as various internal specialist departments. Your tasks • Support in the management and coordination of technical customer projects • Creating, processing and following up on offers • Support with order processing as well as deadline monitoring • Competent advice and support for customers via telephone and e-mail • Close cooperation with the field service as well as internal and external contact persons • General administrative activities in inside sales Your profile • Completed commercial or technical training • Professional experience in inside sales, order processing or project coordination is an advantage • Good MS Office skills; experience with CAD programs is a plus • Very good German skills as well as very good French skills • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Teamwork skills, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility Interested?
