Controller (m/w) Shape the financial future as a controller In this role, you actively shape the company's financial management and make a direct contribution to informed management decisions. You work closely with executives, bring transparency to complex contexts, and identify opportunities and risks at an early stage. This gives you the opportunity to further develop controlling instruments and bring your ideas into a dynamic environment. Your area of responsibility Planning & Forecasting: Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning, including ongoing updates and scenario analyses Controlling & Analysis: Conducting target-actual and deviation analyses, as well as identifying risks and optimization potential Management Reporting: Creating meaningful reports and KPIs for management and departments Cost & Project Controlling: Monitoring cost centers and projects, as well as conducting economic analyses Business Partnering & Processes: Supporting departments as a sparring partner, as well as further developing controlling processes and data quality Your qualifications Completed commercial basic training with in-depth and further education in controlling; Higher business education (uni, FH or equivalent) Very good knowledge of Power BI Experience with IFS is an advantage High affinity for data, digital tools, and AI applications We are REGO-FIX REGO-FIX is an internationally active family business with over 350 employees worldwide in Tenniken (BL), which develops, produces, and distributes highly precise tool clamping systems.
