Job Description After a comprehensive introductory phase, you will take over your independent task step by step in the following areas: • Commissioning of installed heating systems • Commissioning of house connections and central monitoring systems • Rectification of malfunctions as well as general service work on site • Training our customers as part of commissioning • Working with state-of-the-art remote maintenance systems for the analysis and rectification of malfunctions • On-call service • Collaboration in customer support • Company vehicle - also for private use • Future-proof workplace Requirement Profile • You have a basic technical training or are very technically affine • Professional experience as a service technician is a plus • Career changers will receive a training program adapted to their level of knowledge • Responsible and independent working • Enjoyment of direct customer contact • Driving license B • Willingness to travel
