Employee Services Advertising and User Market (100%, job sharing possible) Your tasks: • Customer service for the advertising market by phone, email, and other channels • Creation of offers and support for field service employees • Operational daily business of subscription service (phone mailbox, changes in the subscription system) • Outbound phone calls (retention calls, telephone marketing) Your skills: • Completed basic commercial training and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Several years of professional experience in sales and customer service • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and independent work • Strong service awareness and customer orientation • Knowledge of French is an advantage We offer you: • Varied activity in a dynamic company • Attractive employment conditions • Modern working environment in a central location • Flexible working models: The position can be filled in 100% or in job sharing (e.g. 60/40 or 50/50).
