For our regional center in Gettnau, we are looking for a reinforcement for our team as of immediately or by agreement: Head of Workshop Concrete-, Tunnel- and Mining Technology 100% (m/w) What you can achieve with us Personnel and technical management as well as further development of around 10 service technicians Interface between customer and workshop Receiving service, workshop, and spare parts orders, technical customer consulting Responsibility for planning, organization, and optimization of workshop processes Deployment and capacity planning of service technicians and work preparation (AVOR) of workshop and service orders Results responsibility for productivity, quality, efficiency, deadline compliance, and sales revenue and reporting Ensuring efficient order processing from planning to cost estimates to invoicing, Ensuring occupational safety, order, and compliance with management processes Technical support for complex tasks as well as close cooperation with the Head of Service and other teams and departments of Aebi AG What you bring to your task Basic training as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery, or truck mechanic Initial management experience in workshop management/ service area management or as a reception advisor for heavy commercial vehicles Further training as a workshop manager or master craftsman is an advantage Distinct organizational and planning skills as well as high quality and safety orientation Service-oriented personality with networked thinking and healthy assertiveness Good communication skills Very good German language skills in word and writing; Swiss German and Italian are an advantage Good user knowledge in MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage What you can expect from us Owner-managed family business with short decision-making paths Clear entrepreneurial vision (Aebi dream) and defined strategy Motivated, collegial, and passionate team: in the Aebi family, we address each other informally Exciting environment with the best and newest products Opportunity for internal development Culture of daily improvement and development, regular exchange of ideas Annually on your birthday … and much more \-\-\> benefits at Aebi Group Do you see yourself in the above points?
