Kandergrund \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Direct and supervise all maintenance and repair operations of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing installations of the Mitholz objects • Supervise and maintain complex systems and equipment in facilities (building systems, security systems, access control systems, conveyor systems, potable water systems, etc.) • Ensure technical support and guidance for renovation and construction projects in the field of building technology • Provide specialized training and ensure the transfer of knowledge in your area of expertise <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Basic initial training (CFC) in the building technology sector (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or sanitary installer) or an equivalent training in the metallurgy sector • Federal certificate of competence as a maintenance agent desired • Specialization in the fields of lifting technology, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, building management systems (BMS) and security management systems (SMS), as well as in air conditioning and refrigeration and experience as a water manager • Experience in the field of maintenance, commissioning and operation of advanced technical installations • Willingness to undergo training on means of constraint and weapons • Member of the company fire brigade <br /> In a few words Active, open personality with a talent for technology?
