Social Pedagogue HF 80-100% in shift work

The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Stiftung for inpatient addiction therapy in the Canton of Aargau. People with physical, mental, and social impairments with a long-term history of alcohol or drug use are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. The people in Effingerhort work and live in protected daily structures to stabilize their life situation. To expand our team, our care team is looking for a Social Pedagogue HF 80-100% in shift work starting 01.09.2026 or by arrangement. In this interesting and exciting position, you will be in direct contact with our residents and support them in social, personal, and health stabilization, promote independence and participation, and create development-promoting everyday situations. The main tasks are: • Responsible, structured design of daily care routines • Process-leading role in everyday life in key person work • Conducting conversations with key persons and external agencies • Contact with referring agencies, authorities, clinics, doctors, and relatives • Taking over daily responsibility • Further development and responsibility for a needs-oriented living and leisure offer • Correct and timely documentation, as well as various administrative tasks • Implementation of delegated nursing activities • Coordination of internal and external appointments • Co-responsibility for delegated medication administration (after SRK course) The desired profile: • Completed training as Social Pedagogue HF • Completed practical training or the willingness to complete the course • Experience in the socio-psychiatric and/or addiction-related field of work is an advantage • You work in a recovery-oriented and person-centered manner and prioritize the individual needs and resources of the residents • You are a team player, are resilient, flexible, know your limits, and have a personal approach to resilience • You have a proactive and networked way of thinking • You have the willingness to work day, evening, and weekend shifts • Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office, EasyDoc) • Driver's license category B • Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written We offer: • Active participation in the design of care processes • Internal and external continuing education opportunities • Attractive workplace with wonderful views and free parking • Discounts when purchasing our own products (organic eggs, vegetables, etc.) We look forward to receiving your complete documents with a meaningful motivation letter to hr@effingerhort.ch.
