ICUS - Unit Nurse Manager

As an ICUS, you play a key role in the organization and management of care activities within the rehabilitation clinic. In this capacity, you: Actively participate in the management of the nursing team (planning, supervision, supporting employees, managing priorities). Ensure the fluidity, quality, and reliability of information transmitted within the establishment and between the various actors involved in care. Guarantee the efficiency of patient care by ensuring optimal organization of resources and an adequate distribution of the workload. Ensure the quality and safety of care, in compliance with institutional standards, protocols, and requirements. Contribute to the development, optimization, and harmonization of care processes. Participate in the implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of rehabilitation protocols, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Support teams in the field and intervene in complex situations. Promote a positive working climate and a constructive team dynamic.
