In our «Distribution Strategy, Project & Communication» department, the distribution strategy of AXA CH is realized, concepts are developed and implemented together with the product factory, the technology teams and the various sales channels.   As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will take full operational responsibility for two productive, heavily used GenAI-based applications - from infrastructure to user support. We commit ourselves every day anew to meeting customer needs in the best possible way through proactive, progressive and personal advisory solutions - entirely in the spirit of our most important corporate value "Customer first".     What awaits you • You bear end-to-end responsibility for the production operation of two GenAI apps with a high daily number of users - stability, performance and availability are in your hands • You plan, are responsible for and automate the entire deployment process - from the CI/CD pipeline to the production release - with a high degree of automation, maximum reproducibility and minimum risk to ongoing operations • You manage the cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure with Terraform, have OpenShift experience and ensure smooth operation of the applications • You automate iteratively - monitoring, alerting, ticket routing, deployments, user communication - with the clear goal of eliminating manual work step by step. What is not yet automated, you complete reliably manually - with an eye for what is next • You recognize systemic weaknesses, make improvement suggestions and implement them independently • You are a close sparring partner for development teams and business stakeholders and translate technical reality into understandable communication What you bring with you • Several years of sound DevOps experience in productive environments with high user load - you know what is at stake • Support mentality with seniority: You take user problems seriously, prioritize confidently and communicate clearly - even under pressure. In doing so, you also always have an eye on improvements in the operational process • Terraform: You write, structure and manage Infrastructure as Code professionally and sustainably • Public Cloud experience independent of the hyperscaler (GCP, Azure or similar): You bring a solid understanding of modern cloud concepts and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different cloud environments • CI/CD: Sound experience with pipeline tools such as GitHub Actions or comparable solutions • Affinity for automation: You use the right tools - whether Python, Shell scripts or comparable technologies - and make repetitive processes superfluous through automation • Monitoring & Observability: You build and maintain dashboards, alerting and logging setups proactively • Committed, independent personality with technical depth and a pragmatic mindset • You speak fluent German and English • Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a related discipline - or demonstrably equivalent professional experience What we offer you We are convinced: Satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
