The role and responsibilities Motivated to: Ensure individual and group educational support on a daily basis. Design, plan, and lead activities that promote autonomy, socialization, and well-being. Develop and pilot educational and socio-cultural projects in connection with the team Observe, evaluate, and document the evolution of beneficiaries; participate in colloquiums and assessments. Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and the network (therapists, partners). Guarantee a secure, stimulating, and respectful framework for professional practices. The Profile Diploma of social educator ES or HES (or equivalent title). Confirmed experience in the field of intellectual disability (in a day center or related structure). Mastery of setting up structured activities and project management. Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit. Autonomy, creativity, and a benevolent posture focused on the resources of the beneficiaries. Writing skills for reports and transmissions.
