On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Finance & Human Resources Manager (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will guarantee the financial monitoring of the entire company. • You will develop current and innovative working methods. • You will manage tax declarations. • You will ensure treasury monitoring. • You will handle invoicing as well as the monitoring of various suppliers. • You will implement relevant dashboards. • You will be responsible for the correct application of the company's various administrative processes. • You will be responsible for the proper maintenance of HR processes in compliance with industry practices: payroll management, certificates, keeping personnel files up to date. Your profile: • You hold a Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en gestion de PME or a Master HEC with confirmed experience in Human Resources. • You have a sense of responsibility and an analytical mind. • You possess skills in financial analysis and internal controls. • You possess natural leadership and are comfortable in communication. • You have a certain writing ease and master the various usual IT tools. • You are versatile by nature and like working in a varied daily routine.
