Your main responsibilities include: Defining the profiles sought in connection with the needs of our services. Writing and disseminating attractive advertisements on adapted recruitment channels. Analyzing and pre-selecting applications, then supporting managers through the different stages. Conducting recruitment interviews and ensuring high-quality follow-up with candidates. Participating in HR administrative management related to recruitment. Ensuring the coordination and follow-up of files with temporary agencies, in connection with the temporary personnel needs of the services concerned. Ensuring the selection and follow-up of health assistants in training. YOUR PROFILE You hold a CFC as a commercial employee (or equivalent) as well as a certificate as a personnel management assistant and have at least 5 years of confirmed experience in recruitment or personnel placement, ideally in the healthcare field. You are comfortable with office and digital tools, and you know how to exploit modern recruitment channels.
