We are looking for our KidsCare nursery in Villars-sur-Glâne, with an indefinite contract, with an immediate or agreed start, a Deputy Director and Group Leader at 80-100% ## ## Your mission ## As a professional in early childhood, you play a key role in the child's overall development and the implementation of the center's educational project. You accompany each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families, and the center. Finally, you will work closely with the director on the management of the structure and will supervise a small team composed of ASE, interns, and APE. Thus, you ensure a complete managerial mission.   Your profile ## • Graduated ASE or equivalent recognized by the competent authority. • Bilingual French/English is an asset. • Previous experience in team management. • Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity. • Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment, both for children and for your team. • Solid interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families, and teams.
