Job Description Under the supervision of the Manager Banquets-Palmeraie, your main missions include: • Welcoming children (3 - 12 years) and their families with a warm and caring attitude. • Ensuring that only children who are hotel guests or brunch guests access the Kids Corner, accompanied by a parent. • Creating and maintaining a safe, healthy and friendly environment for children. • Constantly ensuring the safety, supervision and monitoring of the children present. • Guaranteeing compliance with the Kids Corner rules and procedures. • Keeping toys, equipment and spaces clean, tidy and in good condition. • Regularly checking the safety of the facilities and reporting any maintenance needs. • Designing and leading fun and engaging activities for children. • Immediately informing the manager in case of an incident or accident. • Performing any other task assigned by the manager. Key Skills • Sense of responsibility and vigilance. • Patience, creativity and ability to entertain children. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications • Diploma or certification in the field of childcare, early childhood education or a related sector. • Excellent knowledge of safety standards and best practices in childcare. • Proficiency in French and English. • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment. • Neat appearance, attention to detail and conscientious attitude. • Ability to work in a team and independently. • Availability required: every Sunday, during the 4 weeks following the Jazz Festival, as well as between Christmas and New Year.
