Join the Compliance department team within the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous and Equitable bank. As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will carry out activities of analysis, continuous improvement, project management and innovation. Your missions Contribute to the migration to a new transactional filtering tool in order to reduce manual work Optimize filtering rules in order to improve the quality and relevance of generated alerts Analyze the performance of the filtering system and identify the main causes of false positives Adapt existing rules to the new tool Design new rules to control the volume of alerts Measure and monitor the impact of modifications made Participate in user testing and alert processing during production Participate occasionally in compliance controls Identify, design, and implement artificial intelligence use cases for the Compliance function Conduct feasibility studies and design POC/prototypes Develop generative AI assistance tools (internal regulatory research, writing assistance, analysis of atypical transactions) Your profile University or High School degree recently obtained (Bachelor or Master) Training in computer science, information systems, data analytics or equivalent field Good understanding of information systems Knowledge of AI solutions and platforms to create AI agents, notably Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio Advanced mastery of Excel Ability to analyze data and interpret results Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Notions of project management Progressive autonomy Proactive approach Knowledge of the banking sector is an asset Our employment conditions Activity rate: 100 % Contract type: Fixed-term contract \- 12 months Workplace: Genève Start date: as soon as possible Want to know more about BCGE as an employer?
