It is responsible for optimizing resource utilization, securing berth reservations, coordinating route changes, and maintaining the highest standards in customer satisfaction and product quality. In close collaboration with captains, berth operators, agency partners, and internal departments, the Product Operations Manager ensures smooth trips, outstanding guest experiences, and contributes to the sustainable growth of Scylla.
