Service Technician 100% Your activities: • You independently carry out service and repair work on various blind and roller shutter products. • You complete all arising work cleanly, professionally, and independently. • You arrange appointments directly with customers and take over your own work planning. • You reliably report your assignments to the responsible team leader. • You show readiness for flexible work assignments as well as occasional special assignments. • If required, you also actively assist on construction sites in the area of new installation. Qualifications • You have completed training as a polytechnic builder, blind installer, or a comparable manual basic training. • You mandatory bring experience in the construction industry. • You are characterized by an exact way of working, manual skill, and a solution-oriented mindset. • You are absolutely free from vertigo. • You convince through good manners and a well-groomed appearance in direct customer contact. • You are experienced in using modern electronic work tools (tablets, apps, etc.). • You are strongly customer- and service-oriented and possess good communication skills. • You speak business fluent German (French language skills are an advantage). • You are flexible enough to work in different working time models seasonally. • You mandatory possess a category B driver's license.
