Site Manager Santé (m/f/d) Work location: Bern / Biel / Seeland Workload: 60% Start date: 01.09.2026 or by arrangement Department: Cleaning Your tasks \- Operational responsibility for the support services in a client mandate in the healthcare sector (qualitatively, financially, and personnel) \- Leadership, promotion, and continuous development of a team of approx. 10 employees \- Maintenance of constant customer contact and contact person for technical questions \- Responsibility for our support services and ensuring a high-quality service as well as compliance with hygiene guidelines \- Carrying out quality controls as well as coaching and supporting the employees \- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas \- Planning, organization, coordination, monitoring, and optimization of all workflows \- Independent recruitment of new workers \- Management of material, machine, and equipment orders \- Administrative tasks including budget responsibility Your profile \- Several years of professional experience and completed training or further education in the field of housekeeping, cleaning, or facility management \- Professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality is an advantage \- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality \- Personable, communicative, and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination \- Structured and solution-oriented way of working \- Service orientation and independence \- Very good German skills in speaking and writing \- MS Office user knowledge This is what we stand for, this is what we commit to - today and in the future.
