Mediamatiker/in EFZ 50%-80%

Do you not want to simply design websites, but rather help develop innovative digital products from scratch? Then you have come to the right place. We are developing new digital services for executives in the education sector. To strengthen our small team, we are looking for a committed Mediamatikerin or a committed Mediamatiker, can also gladly be a Grafiker/in or similar, who combines design, web technologies, and digital communication. You will work directly with the founder and will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility, and actively help shape the establishment of a young company. Your tasks: • Design and further development of modern web presences • Development of user-friendly interfaces • Creation of graphics, illustrations, and digital advertising media • Design of newsletters and landing pages • Support with social media and online marketing • Collaboration in the introduction and use of AI-supported applications • Coordination with external software developers and IT service providers • Quality assurance of our visual appearance What you bring with you: • Completed training as Mediamatiker/in EFZ or comparable training • Joy in web design, digital communication, and new technologies • Very good sense for design, usability, and high-quality visual communication • High graphic flair • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable programs • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, JavaScript is also an advantage • Experience with content management systems is an advantage • Interest in artificial intelligence and digital innovations • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • High initiative and the willingness to take on responsibility • You think ahead, recognize optimization potential, and contribute your own ideas • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information • Joy in working in a small team as well as in short decision-making paths • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics and technologies What we offer: • Participation in the establishment of an innovative company • Much creative freedom and personal responsibility • Varied and demanding projects • Modern work equipment • Long-term development opportunities • Short decision-making paths Note: During the establishment phase, the activity is intended to be entirely on-site.
