Meyer & Cie AG is an established Swiss company, with approximately 50 employees and nearly 100 years of experience in the fields of importation, wholesale, and distribution of petroleum products. As a main member of the Swiss AVIA network, we reliably supply businesses and consumers with fuels and heating oil. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to strengthen our service station sector, immediately or by agreement, for a committed and entrepreneurial person as Service Station Expansion Manager (100%) Your tasks • Identification and acquisition of new service station opportunities and locations • Construction and maintenance of a sustainable acquisition and growth pipeline • Active market and competitor monitoring • Establishing and maintaining a network with landowners, operators, and business partners • Conducting site analyses and initial evaluations • Development of business cases and profitability calculations • Support during contractual negotiations as well as due diligence processes • Accompanying acquisition and development projects until the decision is made • Close collaboration with the operations, technical, and sales departments • Preparation of decision bases and regular reporting Your profile • Basic commercial or technical training with appropriate additional training • Several years of professional experience in business development, sales, real estate, energy, or the service station sector • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal-oriented personality • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • A taste for building and maintaining long-term business relationships • Autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented working method • Availability for travel in Switzerland as well as category B driver's license • Good knowledge of MS Office • Very good German skills, oral and written • Knowledge of French and Italian is an asset What awaits you • A key role in our growth strategy • A varied and responsible field of activity • A large degree of freedom and short decision-making processes • An open and entrepreneurial corporate culture • Attractive employment conditions Interested?
