We are looking for a new clerk for the Outpatient Billing team within the Service Center Billing Bern. YOUR TASKS ## • You are responsible for tariff-compliant billing (of several clinics) of medical services in the area of outpatient and semi-stationary treatments • Furthermore, you record medical services in a timely manner and check them against valid tariffs and contracts • Ensuring efficient service transfer between different systems (interface processing) • You are the contact person for complex cases in daily business • Written and telephone communication with payers, partner doctors, patients and internal employees is also part of your tasks • Support of supervisors with individually occurring work • Support in the onboarding of new employees YOUR PROFILE ## • You have completed a commercial and / or medical basic training • You bring several years of professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector • Sound knowledge in the areas of TARMED, TARDOC, KVG and UVG distinguishes you • Very good MS Office skills are a matter of course for you, SAP IS-H knowledge is an advantage • Your skills in independent working, networked thinking, social competence and sense of responsibility round off your profile • Last but not least, your German language skills in speaking and writing are at a native level Is it your wish to work in an innovative environment where you can fully demonstrate your strengths, your know-how and competencies?
