For our renowned customer from the Hunzenschwil AG region, an established and leading company, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as Team Leader Industrial Electrician (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Hunzenschwil Industry: Industry diverse Publication date: 30.07.2026 Your main tasks • Team leadership: Technical and personnel leadership as well as deployment planning for 10 industrial electricians. • Maintenance: Ensuring the maximum availability of all production facilities and the infrastructure. • Project management: Planning and implementing new installations, conversions, and machine optimizations. • Error analysis: Supporting the team with complex fault searches and electrical problems. • Safety & Compliance: Compliance with legal regulations (NIV) as well as conducting internal controls. Your profile • Training: Completed vocational training as an Electrical Installer EFZ, Automation Technician EFZ, or comparable. • Further education: Successful further training as a Maintenance Specialist, Industrial Craftsman, or Master/Technician is an advantage. • Permit: Valid industrial electrician permit according to NIV Art. 13  or ready to obtain it. • Experience: Several years of practice in industrial maintenance as well as initial leadership experience (e.g., as a foreman or team leader). • Languages: Very good oral and written German skills for team-internal and site-to-site communication. • Personality: Strong organizational skills, assertive, solution-oriented, and a strong role model in terms of occupational safety.
