Personal Assistant for people with disabilities (10-30%)

Several people with disabilities from the city of Zürich and Winterthur are looking for committed assistants with a workload of 10-30% starting immediately or by arrangement. Depending on the assistant position, personal assistance includes: support in everyday life, leisure activities and support with social contacts, personal care, household care, organization and accompaniment of appointments, supported communication, psychosocial support and, depending on need, weekend work and night presence. We are looking for people for whom it is important to accompany and support people with disabilities in their self-determined lives. Working as a Personal Assistant is ideal for professionals from the social or nursing sector who would like to work in a 1:1 context. Career changers who bring the willingness and interest to engage with people and their everyday life are also welcome. You bring: • Joy in interacting with people and a positive, patient attitude. • Practical disposition and orientation towards uncomplicated solutions. • Desire to build a trusting and long-term relationship at eye level. • Independence, reliability and a sense of responsibility. • Willingness to work on weekends and take on night shifts. • Sensitivity as well as mental and physical resilience. • Good German language skills.
