Required profile CFC in the agricultural field or other land-based profession, and/or higher education in the sector Practical experience in agriculture and good technical knowledge Comfortable with administration and IT tools Experience in a similar position and experience in leading a team, an asset Ease of contact, interpersonal skills and dynamism Availability to work Saturday mornings, on a rotational basis Sense of responsibility, loyalty and flexibility Experience in logistics and forklift license desired.
