Production and QEHS Manager 100% (m/f/d)

For the Swiss branch in St. Gallenkappel with around 40 employees, we are looking for a Production and QEHS Manager 100% (m/f/d) ## Area of responsibility: • Leadership and further development of a team of around 10 employees and 2 team leaders • Ensuring efficient and smooth production processes • Operational management and control of daily production activities • Planning and implementation of automation, lean, and optimization projects • Responsibility for quality, environmental, and safety management systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001) • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement • Active participation in the local management team and co-shaping the development of the site Requirements: • Basic training as a polymechanic with further training as a technician HF, engineer or comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience in a producing industrial company • In-depth knowledge of production management, lean management, and KVP • Good knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and implementation strength • Very good German and good English language skills You will take on a responsible leadership role with a lot of creative freedom and actively contribute to exciting projects in Operational Excellence and Automation.
