VQF is the largest self-regulatory organization in the parabank sector recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. As a service-oriented company, we focus on the supervision of members regarding compliance with duties to combat money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as related compliance issues, and offer corresponding further training in the parabank sector. We are looking for an immediate or by arrangement motivated Legal Counsel / Deputy Head of Legal \& Compliance 80% \- 100% As part of your activities, as an employee of the Legal \& Compliance Desk, you will supervise the members of VQF regarding the duties to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. In doing so, you will be in continuous dialogue with our members in your statutory supervisory and monitoring function. Depending on qualifications, the position will be filled with the additional function of Deputy Head of Legal \& Compliance.
