Branch Manager Automotive Industry # Employment: 100% Location: Olten Industry: Diverse industry Publication date: 29.06.2026 Your main tasks • Branch management: Overall responsibility for the operational operation, sales targets and profitability of the branch in the Olten area. • Team leadership: Technical and personal leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the workshop and administration team. • Customer care: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, competent advice to customers and care of partner networks. • Process optimization: Monitoring and optimizing internal processes (from order acceptance to completion) to increase efficiency. • Quality management: Enforcing the company's high quality and safety standards. Your profile • Technical basis: Completed vocational training in the automotive industry, e.g. as a bodywork locksmith EFZ, automotive specialist EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ. • Further education: Successfully completed commercial or business management further education (e.g. technical merchant, customer service advisor, automotive sales advisor or business administrator in the automotive industry). • Experience: Several years of professional experience in the automotive or bodywork industry as well as initial well-founded management experience. • Competencies: Strong entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced organizational talent and a high service orientation. • Languages: Very good oral and written German skills for professional customer and partner communication.
