Head of Special Cleaning (80-100%) Who we are We are a cleaning and facility management company with a tradition dating back to 1950. With approx. 17 permanent employees and 130+ part-time employees, we serve SMEs, administrations, architects, and private individuals. From maintenance cleaning to windows, facades, and carpets, as well as special cleaning, facility management, and garden maintenance. For the management of our special cleaning, we are looking for an experienced personality who leads a team, plans assignments, and ensures clean processes – and with whom we can build a long-term, stable, human, and respectful cooperation. Your tasks You lead a team of eight people (special cleaners and facility managers) professionally and personally. You plan and coordinate the assignments in special cleaning as well as the well-plannable assignments in facility management in our planning tool. You create offers and calculate assignments. You advise our customers competently and explain service packages attractively and understandably. You are responsible for time recording and billing, digitally and cleanly. In doing so, you will be supported by our administration. You are the contact person for our customers and ensure quality on site. You are a team player who also rolls up their sleeves and understands the trade: You know how to involve experienced employees in decision-making processes and planning so that everyone pulls in the same direction. Who we are looking for At least 10 years of experience in special cleaning, of which at least 5 years in a leading function. Business understanding and a good sense of the connections between costs and revenues. Affinity and experience with digital systems for offer creation, deployment planning, time recording, and billing. Fluent German in speaking and writing (C1 or native language). Organized, reliable, and strong-leadership personality seeking long-term cooperation. Valid driver's license for What would also be nice Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish skills.
