Bern (and home office) | 80-100% (job sharing possible) Your contribution • Direct challenging projects in the ICT field as well as in the area of infrastructure and data centers • Plan, manage and monitor projects and their respective budgets, deadlines and risks • Coordinate internal teams, service providers and external suppliers as well as specialists • Elaborate decision-making bases, status reports, concepts and project documentation • Collaborate on the further development of standards, processes, governance and business models and ensure the deputy role for the Head of Core Infrastructure • Gradually acquire familiarity with corporate, organizational and conduct issues related to the operation of the data center <br /> What distinguishes you • Completed higher vocational training at HES or FH level in electrical engineering, systems technology, ICT, construction technology or a similar field and several years of experience gained in functions such as senior project manager, ICT project manager, IT infrastructure project manager or an equivalent function • Good ability to understand technical connections in the context of ICT and infrastructure as well as strong skills in project planning, stakeholder and risk management as well as reporting • Experience in classic and agile project management methods • Knowledge of business administration and proficiency in managing budgets, costs and priorities • High individual responsibility, commitment and ability to implement • Interest in undertaking long-term development in the field of operational responsibility and conduct <br /> In summary Comando Ciber is strategically expanding its ICT and data center infrastructure and is looking for an experienced person who thinks entrepreneurially. In this role, you will be responsible for directing challenging projects in the field of ICT, infrastructure and data centers; at the same time, you will systematically develop your profile over several years with a view to a future management function for the operation of one of our data centers. From your very start, you will closely accompany the construction project and will be gradually introduced to your new role.
