Specialist Coordinator for Cyber Exercises and Incident Management

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is the contribution you can make • Design, create, and lead realistic exercise scenarios involving various relevant knowledge holders and experts • Lead and be responsible for the strategic involvement of BACS in cyber exercises and coordinate the participation of BACS in cyber exercises • Participate in cyber exercises as a representative of BACS and, if necessary, take over the coordination of the cyber exercises across organizations • Prepare and present conclusions and results drawn from cyber exercises (review of the processes applied, effectiveness of the cyber exercise, etc.) in an appropriate manner for the respective level, and propose improvement measures • Support the Cyber Commander in managing cyber incidents of high relevance and represent them in their absence • Monitor the global cyber threat situation as well as technical developments in the field of cybersecurity, so that new trends, patterns, and impacts on critical infrastructures flow into the aforementioned services <br /> This makes you unique • University degree or equivalent training in the field of computer science or information security or equivalent experience acquired through professional training • Knowledge of the current cyber threat situation, common attack vectors, and the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by cyber actors • Good knowledge of best practices and processes regarding the management of cyber incidents at all levels (technical, organizational, legal, etc.) • Experience in managing and coordinating complex coordination processes • Highly developed communication and cooperation skills and strategic thinking and action • Good knowledge of two official languages as well as English <br /> In a nutshell Do you want to help shape the future of national cybersecurity and work for the public good?
