Area of responsibility You lead a team in the Financial Services (Banking) area of the Competence Centre, share your expertise and coach the employees You support our clients as a sparring partner on questions regarding accounting and regulatory developments You drive the digital revolution of auditing by promoting the use of our digital audit tools and approaches and participating in their further development You shape your long-term career goals yourself and develop professionally as well as personally through on-the-job and off-the-job training, accompanied by experienced managers You are a role model in an inspiring, diversified team, give and receive regular feedback and are part of an international network Requirement profile Recognized auditor or before completion of training Sound knowledge in the auditing of annual and consolidated financial statements of financial companies (especially annual financial statements of banks according to RelV-FINMA) Confident handling of regulatory requirements in the banking environment Experience with digital audit tools and big data applications such as Alteryx or Power BI Strong communication skills in German and English (additional linguistic knowledge is an advantage) – both oral and written Strong project management skills.
