Group Leader Application Services Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

This is the contribution you can make • Personnel, financial and technical leadership of the Application Services Data, Analytics and AI group as well as participation in the IT management team. • Ensuring the continuous further development as well as the economical, secure and reliable operation of modern data, analytics and AI services. • Responsibility for high-quality solutions in the areas of labor market statistics, impact measurement of the cantons as well as management support for cantonal offices and unemployment funds. • Strategic further development of the ALV-wide data, analytics and AI service architecture as a central "Single Source of Truth". • Promotion of innovative data-driven approaches such as Predictive Analytics and Artificial Intelligence as well as ensuring their use by enforcement agencies, steering bodies and research. • Recording, analysis and customer-oriented implementation of requirements from the specialist departments into holistic and demand-oriented solutions. • Guaranteeing the agreed service levels as well as a stable, high-performance and future-oriented application operation. • Ensuring customer-oriented support and holistic consulting for business process owners and user representatives as well as smooth cooperation with the specialist side. • Leading projects, supplier relationships and procurement projects. What makes you unique • University degree or higher continuing education (HF/NDS) in computer science, business informatics or a related field. • Further training in the field of data, analytics and artificial intelligence is an advantage. • Several years of experience in data, analytics and AI environments as well as in complex organizations. • Leadership experience and pronounced strategic as well as conceptual skills in the data, analytics and AI services and architecture environment. • Experience in the field of individual development of mission-critical applications and best-of-breed applications / architectures. • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills as well as communication and leadership competencies as well as in transformation and change projects towards Agile. • Good active knowledge of two official languages in spoken and written form as well as passive knowledge of the third official language. English skills are an advantage. • Customer- and service-oriented, communicative, result-oriented, resilient and pragmatic-practical oriented personality as well as independent way of working and commitment to performance.
