Technical further development: You ensure the technical qualification of your team, plan and coordinate training and further education measures and promote continuous knowledge building in the field of heat treatment. Production planning and control: You plan, coordinate and monitor heat treatment orders taking into account deadlines, capacities, quality and economy. Process responsibility: You are responsible for the proper execution of all heat treatment processes and ensure compliance with work instructions, standards and customer specifications. Calibration management: You are responsible for planning, executing and documenting the calibration of heat treatment furnaces and thermoelements and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and quality requirements. Production monitoring: You monitor ongoing production, analyze process deviations and initiate appropriate corrective measures if necessary.
