Nurse Mission • You prioritize a global approach to the person within a framework of maintaining achievements. • Your personalized approach gives our residents the possibility to develop sufficient autonomy that allows them to improve their quality of life. • You collaborate and communicate with families and/or relatives with the aim of maintaining and promoting their roles in a healthy and respectful climate. • You practice within an interdisciplinary team and thus contribute to its evolution. Profile • Ability to integrate one's actions into interdisciplinary support work. • Autonomy and sense of responsibility. • Good stress management • Proactive and agile in complex situations. • Pragmatic and solution-oriented. • Sense of organization, openness to change, availability and flexibility.
