In this role, you will care for and look after our customers in their familiar homes and, with your professional competence and commitment, contribute significantly to their quality of life. Registered Nurse HF for evening shift, 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm Your tasks • Professional nursing care and support of our customers at home • Implementation of treatment nursing measures according to medical prescription • Recognizing changes in health status as well as initiating the necessary measures • Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information • Promotion of the customers' independence • Readiness to work in shift service as well as on weekends • Seamless and correct nursing documentation • Participation in ensuring and further developing the quality of care • Interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external specialists Your profile • Completed basic training as a Registered Nurse HF • Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in outpatient care or long-term care • Independent, responsible, and team-oriented way of working • Analytical thinking and quick comprehension • Good IT user knowledge • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Enjoyment of administrative and organizational activities • Driver's license category B requirement We offer • A varied activity with direct customer contact • An appreciative and collegial working environment • Flexible work assignments with consideration for the personal life situation • Fair employment conditions and attractive social benefits • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Careful introduction and support by the team • Long-term perspective in a growing working environment Would you like to become part of our Spitex team?
