Electrical Building Project Manager (F/H) • Excellent communicator, you are methodical, pragmatic and autonomous. • Curious and endowed with natural leadership, you develop your technical and industrial culture thanks to your analytical, synthesis and initiative spirit. • Customer-oriented and positive in character, you possess tact and enthusiasm, and know how to energize the collaboration between multidisciplinary teams with rigor. • With a degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering, electrical engineering or experienced technician, you have proven experience (5+ years) in the design, development and implementation of projects related to electricity and electrical installations for buildings. • You master the concepts of TGBT, general low-voltage panel, AC power standards, alternating current (DC, direct current is a plus) and have excellent project management skills, ideally acquired within a large engineering firm in building techniques (electricity, automation, etc.). • Mastery of Swiss SIA standards is a plus. As Electrical Building Project Manager You design, develop and implement electrical engineering projects in the context of building infrastructure and means of production and logistics, and • Apply electrical standards related to the activity (knowledge of NIBT and SIA standards ideally). • Act as a technical reference, providing advice and recommendations on design and implementation. • Monitor lots, processes and milestones with stakeholders: study office, suppliers, etc. • Manage the entire life cycle of the project portfolio (between 8 and 12 projects simultaneously), from initial planning to execution and commissioning. • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective project coordination. • Conduct feasibility studies and propose adapted solutions. • Analyze input data, pilot and supervise technical installation evolution projects (improvements, transformations, renovations, new works). • Lead design reviews. • Manage construction sites and ensure project and work follow-up: cost, quality, deadline, risk, method, etc. • Execute project plans and diagrams, size electrical installations and write technical notes. • Participate in the development of implantation and equipment plans. • Ensure the interface with all different stakeholders and know how to manage several projects simultaneously. • Are you of Swiss nationality, in possession of a valid work permit (B, C or G) or a national of one of the European Union member states? • Position open to all persons corresponding to the profile. • Permanent contract (permanent, CDI).
