Production Line Coordinator Your responsibilities <br /> • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities of the EDM machine line, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and adherence to delivery deadlines. • Lead and manage a team of operators: assignment of tasks, performance monitoring, and support in daily activities. • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise, coordinating with the R&D, Quality, and Production teams. • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of non-conformities and corrective actions. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and production standards. <br /> Your profile <br /> • AFC Mechanic, Electrician, or Electronics technician. • Proven experience in coordinating production or assembly activities in industrial contexts, preferably in the machine tool sector. • Experience in managing operational teams, with good leadership, organizational, and people motivation skills. • Ability to plan activities, define priorities, and manage critical issues in a dynamic production environment. • Problem-solving attitude, orientation towards results and continuous improvement. • Italian native speaker; knowledge of the English language at B2 level. <br /> About us AGIE CHARMILLES, inventor of EDM (electrical discharge machining) technology, is recognized as a brand of excellence and a leader in innovation in the field of wire EDM, sinker EDM, and drilling.
