inAut GmbH supports neurodivergent individuals (autism spectrum, AD(H)D) on behalf of the IV and other referring bodies in the search for and attainment of an educational or job position in the private sector. For the Region Bern, we are therefore looking for an additional, motivated and experienced personality as Coach (m/f/d) 80 - 100% ## Your tasks include: • Individual accompaniment, support and coaching of our clients in the Region Bern • Conducting initial, clarification and assessment interviews as well as regular coaching sessions • Active acquisition of jobs and placement positions in the private sector (by telephone, in writing, in person) • Advising employers on the optimal integration of neurodivergent employees in the workplace • Cooperation and communication with external bodies (e.g., IV, social authorities, employers, schools, specialist centers, parents) • Documentation of the coaching process as well as creation of reports What you bring with you: • A completed degree in Social Work, (Work) Psychology, Social or Special Education • At least two years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned professional fields, preferably in the field of coaching and/or in working with neurodivergent individuals • Resilience and load-bearing capacity, combined with high self-organization as well as the willingness for regular travel (driving license B and own vehicle an advantage) • Flexibility, initiative and a quick grasp, with which you can act in a solution-oriented manner and appear confident even in demanding situations • A structured, forward-looking and independent way of working, supplemented by organizational skill • Strong communication and advisory competence in dealing with various stakeholder groups - from authorities and employers to relatives • Excellent German skills (mandatory), good English and/or French skills are a plus In addition to the exciting, varied tasks, we offer you: • A meaningful activity in a dynamic and committed team • High personal responsibility and flat hierarchies • Flexible task and time management as well as home office • Comprehensive training and induction that prepares you best for your tasks • Attractive remuneration and 5 weeks vacation • Space for your ideas and co-creation in a lively working atmosphere • Attractive workplace in spacious office premises in a central location in the city of Bern Have we piqued your interest?
