You will be directly responsible for the care teams. Main responsibilities: • Interdisciplinary work with managers of other disciplines to implement institutional policy and optimize the operation of the facility and foundation. • Close collaboration with your counterpart at the other site to harmonize and standardize practices within the foundation. • Ensure the optimal organization of the care service, taking into account available staffing, workload, and individual skills. • Encourage the empowerment of care teams, encourage initiatives, and propose improvements. • Ensure that high-quality care services are provided to residents and meet their satisfaction. • Guarantee compliance with applicable standards and guidelines. • Encourage and support the professional development of nursing staff. Sought profile • Recognized nursing diploma and authorization to practice in Geneva. • Significant experience as a Head Nurse Site Manager or in a management role in a medical or geriatric facility. • Management training at the CAS level or similar experience. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with managers from other services. • Demonstrate leadership and federative management. • Presence in the field to ensure the quality of support for resident people. • Mastery of office software. • Knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network and the Plaisir system appreciated. • Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. • Good resistance to stress and ability to manage complex situations. • Open, accessible, and attentive personality.
