Also for the 3rd quarter in the year 2026, CarePeople AG will expand the new teams of the CarePeople-Crew. These specialist CarePeople-Crews work in close cooperation with our customers and are specifically recruited for customer assignments. Areas of deployment depending on qualification in the following teams: Crew-Acute Care Specialist Department Orthopädie The employees of the CarePeople-Crews will be employed with a lucrative fixed monthly salary (including additional free days), based on the cantonal annual working hours. We will be happy to advise you on these individual workload models based on annual working hours (unlimited employment relationship) in a personal conversation. Requirements Profile ## • You have completed the training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH and bring at least two years of professional experience in acute care, preferably in the specialist department Orthopädie. • You possess very good specialist knowledge and demonstrate a secure way of working. • With your quick grasp, you can competently support a team in the shortest possible time and create added value for the internal teams. Repeated deployments and team membership at the deployment location are the goal. • Through your open and uncomplicated nature, you can quickly integrate into a new team • You are flexible and open to engaging as an employee of the CarePeople-Crew in defined areas of deployment to the quality claim and service delivery. For this varied employment, you bring at least two years of professional experience in the mentioned specialist departments of team building 2025 and are motivated to engage in qualitative service delivery to the customer. A quick grasp and mutual flexibility are prerequisites. Tasks ## • You are part of CarePeople AG and will be deployed at our operating sites according to your individual deployment plans and profile discussions. • You support the respective internal teams in the assigned specialist departments in defined, time-limited but recurring workload deployments. • Independent takeover of patient groups, accompaniment of students and learners as well as partial takeover of daily responsibility The cooperation with the operating sites and CarePeople AG will be discussed with you regularly, and further additional options in the employment relationships, individual work-life models, and in-depth areas of responsibility are possible after agreement.
